Returns from customers within the UK are free.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to exchange your product within the same range, or issue a full refund providing we receive the request within 14 days of your purchase.

(Any Christmas purchases made in December will have an extended returns policy until the end of the following January)

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any Prescription lenses. You are entitled to a refund of the Frame, but any costs incurred on customised/prescription lenses cannot be re-imbursed.

 

When returning your item(s) they must be in the exact same condition as delivered, including all packaging and accessories that came with the product.

 

When sending your return, please include within the parcel your original invoice, or a note with your order details outlining the reason for returning.

 

Please allow up to 14 working days from when your return has reached our premises for our team to process it. Unfortunately, we don't send confirmation emails when we receive returns, but you will get confirmation once your return has been processed.

 

Refunds normally arrive within 10 working days of request. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as we have received and reviewed the original purchase.

 

All refunds will occur via the original payment method.

 

To proceed with returning your item(s) please send us an email to info@luux.co.uk confirming your order number and your reason for return and we will send you a return delivery slip where you can return your item(s) to our below address.

Please note: Due to shipping constraints, we are unable to provide free returns for any customers from outside of the UK. Any customers wishing to return items from outside of UK will be responsible for any return postage costs.
